Unlike in America, Thai celebrities tend to dress very conservatively in public, and unfortunately always wear underwear when stepping out of cars. Then in 2006 along came Tongrak Asavart. A little known model/actress, Tongrak arrived to an award ceremony in Bangkok in a very revealing dress. These photos catapulted her into the top 100 Sexiest Women in the World.
